The Project Management, Quality Control and Financial Management are undertaken by Bill Toomey, a member of the Registered Master Builders Association of New Zealand and the Project Manager, and who is assisted by a very experienced consultant Quantity Surveyor.

Project Management

Bill Toomey has been in the building industry for 35 years and has been self-employed for most of his working life. With the deep knowledge of the building processes, combined with project management skills, he makes the building process for the client easy with all areas discussed where necessary. Quality control is the key in producing a smooth ending in the many fields of the building industry and by using experienced and local sub-contractors; clients can be assured of works accomplished to achieve this.

Profile of Director / Manager

Serving his apprenticeship with a medium-based construction company in the Wellington region, Bill became a partner 7 years later. Experience of 23 years with that company started out with additions to light commercial works in the private sector, to Moore Wilsons, Wellington Airport Ministry of Defence’s terminal; to alterations to Blackburn Apartments, Oriental Bay through to Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington.

• In 1996 he formed his own small-based building and construction management company and accomplished numerous major house renovations through to Wellington City Council light-civil works consisting of pedestrian bridges, walkways, construction of new public toilets, and many more difference projects.
• Alterations to the British, Canadian and Malaysian High Commissions. All requiring stringent security ratings and top quality works.
